Linear's Documentation View lets teams create dedicated document spaces within a project using a built-in Markdown editor. You can write specs, reference issues, and centralize project knowledge without leaving your Linear workspace.
Steps
- Select a project and open it from your Linear workspace.
- Navigate to the project's Overview tab within Linear.
- Click the add icon to start adding a new resource.
- Click 'Create document' next to the Resources section.
- A dedicated document space is created within the project, powered by the same Markdown editor used for issue descriptions.
- Write detailed project specifications, notes, or documentation, and reference other issues and projects directly within the text.
