How to Use Airtable AI

It is very easy to use Airtable AI with Omni, Airtable’s built-in AI assistant. Here’s a short tutorial on how to do it:

1. Inside your Airtable base, head over to the left-side panel and click 'Open Omni' to get started.
2. Prepare a detailed prompt, then enter it into the provided input field. You can ask a question, request something, or seek assistance.
3. You may click 'Tools' if you want to use specific assistance for generating reports, creating web tables, or producing interface elements.
4. On the one hand, click the 'Attach File' button if you wish to add additional media to personalize your prompt.
5. Once done, click 'Send' to run your prompt.
6. After a few seconds, Omni will provide a concise response to your prompt.
