Steps

  1. Navigate to the left-side panel and click 'Deals' to open the CRM deals view.
  2. Click 'Add a Pipeline' to begin setting up a new sales pipeline.
  3. Fill in all required information for the pipeline and click 'Add' to confirm.
  4. Click 'Add a Deal' beneath a specific pipeline stage to start adding deals.
  5. Fill out the input fields with the required deal information.
  6. Click 'Add Deal' to save and create the new deal.
  7. Click the newly created deal to open its main panel and make changes.
  8. From the deal panel, perform CRM operations such as calling or emailing a contact, creating tasks, adding notes, editing deal details, and moving the deal between stages.
