This tutorial shows you how to turn off Jira notifications by navigating to Notification Settings and disabling email and in-product alerts for work items. In just a few clicks, you can stop Jira emails for all work item activity, relevant items, and space notifications.
Steps
- On the Jira home page, go to the top-right corner and click the Settings button.
- Under the Personal Jira Settings section, find and click Notification Settings.
- Go to the Send Emails For Work Item Activity section and switch off the toggle next to it.
- Uncheck the In Product and Email checkboxes next to Notifications for All Work Items, Notifications for Relevant Work Items, and All Space Notifications.
- Your Jira notifications are now fully turned off.
