To turn off Rovo in Jira, admins navigate to Atlassian Admin Settings and block Rovo access for their organization via the Rovo Access panel. Once blocked, all Rovo AI features are disabled across every space and dashboard in the organization.
Steps
- On Jira's main home page, go to the top-right corner and click Settings.
- Choose User Management from the list of options under Atlassian Admin Settings.
- In the right-hand panel, click Rovo to open its settings.
- Click Rovo Access to proceed to the access control page.
- Tap Add App in the top-right corner to open the app selection list.
- Find Jira from the list of apps and tick the checkbox beside it.
- Click Block Access to apply the changes and restrict Rovo for Jira.
- Your Jira organization is now added to the blocklist, and all Rovo features are turned off across your spaces and dashboards.
