How to Turn Off Comments in WordPress

To disable comments in WordPress, follow these steps:

1. Head to your WordPress dashboard and click on 'Settings' in the sidebar to get started.
2. Now, select 'Discussion' from the settings menu. This is where all comment controls live.
3. Scroll down and uncheck 'Allow people to submit comments on new posts' to disable comments site-wide.
4. Don't forget to hit 'Save Changes' at the bottom to lock in your settings.
