Buffer lets you troubleshoot and reconnect social media accounts directly from the Channels settings by refreshing the connection and reauthorizing app permissions. This process resolves social media connection issues in just a few clicks without needing to disconnect or re-add the account.
Steps
- Click your Profile icon in the top-right corner of the Buffer dashboard.
- Select Channels from the dropdown list of options.
- Find the social media account experiencing connection issues and click the Refresh button next to it.
- Click Authorize App to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
- Once complete, the connection issues for the selected social media account are resolved instantly.
