Quick summary
This demo shows how to connect Contentful and Webflow using a Zapier automation so that any content change in Contentful automatically triggers an update in Webflow. It is a no-code workflow that keeps your CMS and website in sync without manual republishing.
Steps
- From your Zapier dashboard, select Zap to start building a new automation.
- Click on the Trigger field to open the trigger event selector.
- Search and select Contentful as your trigger app.
- Select a trigger event to define what Contentful action starts the Zap.
- Connect your Contentful account to authorize Zapier access.
- Map your trigger details and click Continue to proceed.
- Click Test trigger to verify Zapier can pull data from Contentful.
- Search and select Webflow as your action app.
- Select an action event to define what happens in Webflow when the Zap runs.
- Connect your Webflow account to authorize Zapier access.
- Configure the action details and click Continue to finalize the mapping.
- Click Test step to confirm the Webflow action executes correctly.
- Once the test is successful, click Publish to activate the live Zap.
