This guide shows how to build a Zap that automatically updates a Monday.com status column whenever a new Typeform submission is received, connecting your form responses to your project board without manual effort.
Steps
- From your Zapier dashboard, select Zap to start building a new automation.
- Click on the Trigger field to begin selecting the trigger event.
- Select Typeform as the trigger app.
- Choose a trigger event to define what action in Typeform starts the Zap.
- Connect your Typeform account to authorize Zapier to access your forms.
- Add the Typeform form you want to use and click Continue.
- Click the Test trigger button to confirm data is being pulled correctly from Typeform.
- Once data is retrieved, click Continue with selected record to proceed.
- In the Action step, choose Monday.com as the app.
- Select the action event that defines what Monday.com should do when triggered.
- Connect your Monday.com account to authorize Zapier access.
- Select the board and column you want to update with form data.
- Configure the action settings and click Continue.
- Click Test step to verify that data flows correctly between Typeform and Monday.com.
- Click Publish and turn on the Zap to activate the automated workflow.
