You can transfer blog posts from wordpress to wordpress through export and import. Here’s how to do it:
- Log in to the wp-admin dashboard of the source site. Navigate to 'Tools'.
- Select 'Export' from the list.
- Select the content you want to export.
- You can choose to export only 'Posts' and filter by category, author, date range, or status if needed.
- Click the 'Download Export File' button. An XML (WXR) file will be saved to your computer.
- Once the export is done, click 'Import'.
- In the list of available import systems, find 'WordPress' and click 'Run Importer'.
- Select the XML file you downloaded from the source site.
- Once uploaded, click 'Import'.
