Quick summary
Transferring a Xero subscription lets account owners hand over billing control to another user quickly and without downtime. The Request Transfer workflow in Xero's Subscription and Billing settings completes the handover as soon as the recipient accepts.
Steps
- On Xero's main dashboard, go to the top-left corner and click the Company tab.
- Select Subscription and Billing from the list of options.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- Find the subscription you wish to transfer, then tap its corresponding More Options button.
- Click Request Transfer to proceed.
- Fill out the input fields with the required information, including the name and email address of the user you intend to transfer the subscription to.
- Click Request Transfer to submit. Once the request is accepted, the subscription transfer is initiated instantly.
