This tutorial shows how to sync Webflow CMS with a Notion database by building a Zap in Zapier that triggers on Webflow order updates and automatically creates or updates records in Notion. Connecting these two platforms eliminates manual data entry and keeps your content and project databases in real time.
Steps
- From your Zapier dashboard, select Zap to start building a new automation.
- Click on the Trigger field to begin selecting your trigger event.
- Search and select Webflow as your trigger app.
- Select Updated Order as your trigger event.
- Connect your Webflow account to authorize Zapier access.
- Select the Webflow site you want to receive notifications from and click Continue.
- Click Test trigger to verify the Webflow connection is working.
- Search and select Notion as the action app.
- Select an action event to define what Notion does when the trigger fires.
- Connect your Notion account to authorize Zapier access.
- Configure the action details and click Continue to map Webflow data to Notion fields.
- Click Test step to confirm the Notion action executes correctly.
- Once the test is successful, click Publish to activate your Webflow–Notion Zap.
