Syncing an MS Access database lets you link external data sources directly into your existing database using the External Data tab and linked tables. This method keeps your data live and connected without duplicating records across files.
Steps
- Open the database you want to sync data with.
- Go to the External Data tab on the ribbon.
- Click New Data Source, select From Database, then click the Access option.
- Click Browse to locate and add the source database file.
