This tutorial shows how to sync Airtable bases with Coda tables using the Airtable Pack, enabling live data integration between the two tools without manual exports. Once connected, you can drag Airtable bases directly into your Coda doc and trigger a sync to pull records instantly.
Steps
- Inside your Coda doc, go to the top-right corner and click Insert.
- Tap the search bar and type Airtable to find the Pack.
- Scroll down to the Pack Tables section and click Base Table.
- Tap Connect to Airtable to begin the authorization flow.
- Click Sign In With Airtable and log into your Airtable account.
- Select the Airtable workspace you want to use, then click Grant Access.
- Tap Complete Setup to finish the connection.
- In the right-side panel, click the connected Airtable workspace listed under Base Table.
- Choose the Airtable base you want to sync and drag it into the main workspace.
- Tap Sync Now to fetch data from Airtable into Coda.
- Select Table as the display format and configure your preferred customization settings.
- Your Airtable bases are now fully synced with Coda tables and ready to use.
