Switching between workspaces in Postman lets you quickly move between personal, team, and public projects without losing context. Use the Workspaces dropdown in the top-left corner to view, filter, and load any workspace in seconds.
Steps
- Locate the Workspaces dropdown menu in the top-left corner of the Postman interface.
- Open the dropdown and select View all workspaces to see the full list.
- Browse the list of your recent workspaces that appears on screen.
- Filter workspaces by Personal, Team, or Public, or use the search to find a specific workspace.
- Select your desired workspace and allow the interface to refresh and load the selected workspace.
