The Power BI Favorites feature lets you star any report or dashboard for instant access from the Favorites tab. Using the three-dot menu or the star icon next to a title, you can bookmark key content in Power BI Service in seconds.
Steps
- Open Power BI Service in your browser and navigate to the target Report or Dashboard.
- Click the three-dot menu on the report or dashboard card and select Favorite to star it.
- Look for the star icon that appears next to the report title and click on it to confirm the favorite.
- Once starred, navigate to the Favorites tab in the left-hand sidebar.
- Access your Favorites collection to quickly navigate between your most important reports and dashboards.
