How to Share the n8n Workflow

It is very easy to share the n8n workflow with the users who have access to your workspace. Here’s a short tutorial on how to do it:

1. On n8n's main dashboard, find the workflow you want to share and click the 'More Options' button next to it.
2. After that, select 'Share' from the list of options.
3. Tap the 'Add Users' menu to proceed.
4. Subsequently, select the user with whom you wish to share the selected workflow.
5. You can set the role and access of the newly added user based on your preference. Simply click the drop-down menu next to their profile and choose one from the available options.
6. Once done, click 'Save' to apply the changes.
7. Finally, the selected n8n workflow will be shared with another user.
