- Open the shared or managed space that contains the app you want to share. Click the three dots icon on the app you want to share and select Share.
- Search for the username or email address of the user or user group you want to give access to.
- Select the permissions to assign. In a managed space, you can assign Can view or Can contribute.
Note: In a shared space, only Can view is available. - Click Share to grant access. The selected user will now have access to only that specific app, not the entire space.
- To manage or edit permissions later, click Manage space, select Members.
- Select a member and adjust the rules for the shared app user as needed.
