Sharing a Power App is simple and only takes a few steps to give others access and control over what they can do. Here’s a quick guide to help you get started:
1. On the left side of Power Apps, click Apps to open the list of apps in your current environment.
2. Find the app you want to share, then click the vertical ellipsis next to its name to open more options.
3. Select Share from the menu to open the sharing panel for that app.
4. In the sharing panel, enter the name or email address of each person you want to invite.
5. Choose User if they only need to use the app, or Co-owner if they also need permission to edit it.
6. You're all set! Click Share at the bottom of the panel to send access to the selected users.
