How To Share Microsoft Forms

Microsoft Forms offers multiple sharing options like links, QR codes, and embeds, perfect for collecting responses via email, Teams, or websites. Follow these steps to set it up:

1. On your Microsoft 365 main dashboard, click the App launcher (grid icon) in the upper-left corner.
2. From the app list, select Forms to open Microsoft Forms.
3. Open the specific form you want to edit.
4. Click Collect responses to start gathering feedback from your audience.
5. Click the Link option to generate a shareable URL for your form.
6. Click the QR code icon if you wish to share via QR.
