It is very easy to share an Airtable base with another user by sending an invitation for collaboration. Here’s a short guide on how to do it:
- On Airtable's main dashboard, find and select the base you want to share.
- After that, click the 'Share' button in the top-right corner.
- Under the Invite Collaborators tab, enter the user's registered email address into the provided input field.
- Tap the 'Role Selector' menu afterwards and choose one based on the permission you want to grant.
- Subsequently, you may add a message to the entry box or allow Airtable to notify the recipient about the invite.
- Once done, click 'Invite' to proceed.
- Finally, your Airtable base will be shared with another user. Just wait until the recipient accepts the invitation.
