Sharing a personal view in Dynamics 365 allows you to share custom filtered data with colleagues or teams. Here’s how to do it:
- To share a view navigate to the 'Contacts' menu.
- Start by opening the view you want to share, this could be any saved filter or layout you've created.
- Now, click the 'Share' button, it's usually near the top of the action menu.
- One way to share your view is by clicking the 'Copy link' button.
- Click 'Copy' to confirm and choose who gets access.
- Hit 'Email link' to finalize.
- Enter the email of the person you'd like to share a view with.
- Once done, click 'Send' and that's it! Your custom view is now shared and ready to help your team work more efficiently.
