Microsoft Forms is a web-based tool from Microsoft that allows you to easily create forms, quizzes, and surveys for personal or professional use. Setting it up is simple, and you can start collecting responses in just a few steps.
- On your Microsoft 365 main dashboard, click Apps to see all apps.
- Click on Forms to open Microsoft Forms.
- Select Quiz to start building a quiz.
- At the top, click “Untitled form” and fill in your form title and description.
- Click Quick start with to add questions, choose the question type enter question details, and toggle Required if needed.
- Use the Style button (paint palette icon) to customize your form’s design.
- Review your quiz for accuracy and flow, then make edits as needed.
- Click Collect responses to share your form via link, QR code, email, or embed code.
