Setting an out-of-office status in Webex lets your team know you're unavailable before they try to reach you. You can configure your away message in just three steps directly from your profile picture menu.
Steps
- Click your profile picture in the top-left corner and select Set a status.
- Add a text in the status bar to let your team know you're away.
- Hit Save to confirm your out-of-office status and activate your message.
- Your colleagues will see your away status when they try to reach you.
