Use this interactive demo to learn how to send Microsoft Forms to your audience.

‍

‍

Microsoft Forms offers direct email sending and link sharing for quick distribution, perfect for surveys, quizzes, or feedback collection via Outlook or Teams. Follow these steps to set it up:

‍

  1. On your Microsoft 365 main dashboard, click the App launcher (grid icon) in the upper-left corner.
  2. From the app list, select Forms to open Microsoft Forms.
  3. Open the specific form you want to edit.
  4. Click Collect responses to start gathering feedback from your audience.
  5. Click the Link option to generate a shareable URL for your form.
  6. Click the QR code icon if you wish to share via QR, or click the email field to send it via email.
  7. Enter the recipient's address, and click the Send button to deliver the form directly to their inbox.‍
  8. All done! Your form is now on its way to the recipient.

📌 Why this matters

Sending forms directly enables you to gather structured feedback, conduct surveys, and collect data without recipients needing to navigate multiple platforms or remember to complete tasks later. The immediate delivery removes friction that typically causes low response rates.

Beyond simple distribution, this creates a professional feedback loop that integrates seamlessly with your existing Microsoft ecosystem, allowing responses to automatically populate in Excel for analysis while maintaining the familiar interface your colleagues and customers already use daily.
