How to Send Form Data to Airtable Automatically

It is very easy to send form data to Airtable automatically. Here’s a quick tutorial on how to do it:

1. Inside your Airtable base, tap the 'Automation' tab to get started.
2. After that, select 'Add Trigger'.
3. Choose 'When a Form is Submitted' from the list of options.
4. Subsequently, go to the right-side panel and modify the default configuration. Specify the Table and the Form you want to use.
5. Following that, click the 'Action' tab.
6. Select 'Create Record' from the list of options.
7. Next, access the corresponding settings under the Configuration section and make your desired adjustments. Specify the Table and Field you want to use.
8. In the Field section, tap the 'Add' icon.
9. Subsequently, choose all the form data you want to send and save to your Airtable base.
10. Once done, click 'Test Automation' in the top-right corner to make sure that the configurations are correct.
11. If you're satisfied with the test result, you may now activate the automation.
