Quick summary
Google Slides stores a version history that lets you see every edit alongside the editor's name and timestamp. You can access this history in seconds using the built-in version history icon in the toolbar.
Steps
- Open your presentation in Google Slides.
- Click the small clock with a counter-clockwise arrow icon in the toolbar to open the Version history panel.
- In the right side panel, review older versions of the Google Slides file — each entry displays the editor's name along with the date and time of the edit.
