Use this interactive demo to learn how to see the submissions for your Microsoft Forms.

‍

‍

Microsoft Forms stores all submitted responses automatically for form creators to review through visual charts and detailed exports, accessible anytime from the Responses tab.

‍

  1. Click your published form under Recent or My Forms to open it
  2. Access your customer satisfaction survey to see how feedback flows into one centralized dashboard.
  3. Click the View Responses tab (graph icon) at the top.
  4. See total responses, auto-generated charts, average time, and completion rates.

📌 Why this matters

You can transform scattered feedback into actionable insights by reviewing response patterns, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions about your surveys or business processes. Beyond just collecting responses, this visibility lets you spot completion bottlenecks, see which questions cause drop-offs, and understand respondent behavior timing.

The real value emerges when you use response analytics to refine future forms, improve question clarity, and boost completion rates, creating a continuous feedback loop that enhances both data quality and user experience.
