How To See Submitted Microsoft Forms

Microsoft Forms stores all submitted responses automatically for form creators to review through visual charts and detailed exports, accessible anytime from the Responses tab.

1. Click your published form under Recent or My Forms to open it
2. Access your customer satisfaction survey to see how feedback flows into one centralized dashboard.
3. Click the View Responses tab (graph icon) at the top.
4. See total responses, auto-generated charts, average time, and completion rates.
