Steps
- In your Jira space, find and select the ticket you want to secure.
- Click the Padlock icon to open the security options.
- Open the menu and choose the roles you want to grant access to the selected ticket.
- Click Restrict to apply the access changes.
- The Jira ticket is now secured — only the selected roles can view or access it.
