How to Schedule Appointment with Tax Expert in TurboTax

Here’s how to do it:

1. Let's find the right way to connect with TurboTax support. Start by clicking "Expert Help" in the bottom navigation.
2. From the chat panel, select "Connect with an expert".
3. Describe what you need in the text field and click "Continue".
4. From the options, select "Appointment" to schedule with a TurboTax expert.
5. Enter your personal information to book an appointment.
6. Double check your personal details and mark the option for "Remind me with a text message".
7. Click "Schedule appointment" to move forward.
