Steps
- Go to Setup using the menu on the top right of your Salesforce instance.
- Search for Users in the Quick Find box and select it from the results.
- Select the user whose Salesforce Authenticator you want to reset.
- Click Disconnect on whichever authenticator is currently active for that user.
- Confirm the reset is successful — the Disconnect button will change to Connect, indicating the authenticator has been unlinked.
