Quick summary
Since Notion has no built-in reset button, you must manually delete all pages and workspaces to wipe your account clean. This demo walks you through every step, from consolidating pages into a folder to removing all workspaces via the Danger zone settings.
Steps
- Drag all pages into a single folder to consolidate your content before deletion, since Notion has no one-click reset option.
- Open the folder options by clicking the three-dot icon next to the folder.
- Click Delete to remove the entire folder and all its contents at once.
- Repeat the delete process for all remaining pages you want to remove from your account.
- Navigate to Settings & members in your sidebar menu.
- Go to Settings under the Workspace section.
- Scroll to the Danger zone, then click Delete entire workspace for workspaces you own, or Leave workspace for workspaces you are a member of.
- Your Notion account now has a clean slate, fully reset and ready to start fresh.
