How to Reset Notion

Since Notion has no built-in reset button, you must manually delete all pages and workspaces to wipe your account clean. This demo walks you through every step, from consolidating pages into a folder to removing all workspaces via the Danger zone settings.

Steps

1. Drag all pages into a single folder to consolidate your content before deletion, since Notion has no one-click reset option.
2. Open the folder options by clicking the three-dot icon next to the folder.
3. Click Delete to remove the entire folder and all its contents at once.
4. Repeat the delete process for all remaining pages you want to remove from your account.
5. Navigate to Settings & members in your sidebar menu.
6. Go to Settings under the Workspace section.
7. Scroll to the Danger zone, then click Delete entire workspace for workspaces you own, or Leave workspace for workspaces you are a member of.
8. Your Notion account now has a clean slate, fully reset and ready to start fresh.
