How to Export Notion

Exporting your workspace as PDF is a paid feature in Notion but HTML, Markdown and CSV are free in all tiers, here is how to do it:

1. Go to the Settings and members section of your sidebar menu.
2. Go to the Settings section under Workspace.
3. Scroll down to Export content and select Export all workspace content.
4. Click on the Export format dropdown to view options.
5. Select PDF or another option and click on Export to begin exporting.
6. Your Workspace will be exported and downloaded. You will also receive an email with a link to download your files.

And if you wish to export only a single Notion page:

1. Go to the top right dotted menu on your Notion page.
2. Select Export at the bottom of the list.
3. Customize your export format and other settings.

Click on Export and your page will be downloaded.
