Quick summary
Notion lets you export your content either as a full workspace export or as a single page export, giving you a local backup in formats like PDF or Markdown. Both methods take just a few clicks from Notion's settings or page menu.
Steps
- Go to the Settings and members section of your sidebar menu.
- Navigate to the Settings section under Workspace.
- Scroll down to Export content and select Export all workspace content.
- Click on the Export format dropdown to view available format options.
- Select PDF or another format option and click Export to begin exporting.
- Your workspace will be exported and downloaded; you will also receive an email with a link to download your files.
- To export a single page, go to the top right dotted menu on your Notion page.
- Select Export at the bottom of the list.
- Customize your export format and other settings as needed.
- Click Export and your page will be downloaded.
