On your Fiverr dashboard, scroll down and go to the Fiverr Help Center by clicking 'Help & Support'.
Enter 'Refunds' in the search bar and choose from the results below.
Select 'Refunds'.
Scroll down and select 'Send a refund request'
Select 'Buying on Fiverr'.
Confirm the action by clicking 'Send a refund request'.
You will receive a response within 24 hours. By following these steps, you’ll increase your chances of receiving a refund if your order doesn’t meet expectations.
