- From your Fiverr dashboard, scroll down and open the Fiverr Help Center by clicking 'Help & Support'.
- Enter 'Refunds' in the search bar and choose from the results displayed below.
- Select 'Refunds' from the search results list.
- Scroll down and click 'Send a refund request'.
- Select 'Buying on Fiverr' as your account type.
- Confirm the action by clicking 'Send a refund request' again to submit your claim.
- You will receive a response within 24 hours after submitting your refund request.
