Steps
- In your Jira space, find and select the closed ticket you want to reopen.
- Click the Status menu above the right-hand panel of the ticket.
- Choose In Progress or To Do from the options, or select any custom status that does not indicate completion.
- The selected closed ticket in your Jira space will now be reopened and active.
