This tutorial shows how to connect Formcarry to Google Sheets using a Zapier automation, so every new form submission is instantly logged as a row in your spreadsheet. No code is needed — the entire Zap is configured through Zapier's visual editor in under five minutes.
Steps
- From your Zapier dashboard, select Zap to start building a new automation.
- Click on the Trigger field to begin selecting your trigger event.
- Search and select Formcarry as your trigger app.
- Choose a trigger event from the available Formcarry options.
- Connect your Formcarry account to authorize the integration.
- Map your trigger details and click Continue to proceed.
- Click Test trigger to verify Formcarry is sending data correctly.
- Search and select Google Sheets as the action app.
- Select an action event to define what happens in Google Sheets.
- Connect your Google Sheets account to authorize the action step.
- Configure the action details — map Formcarry fields to your sheet columns — then click Continue.
- Select Test step to confirm the Google Sheets action works as expected.
- Once the test is successful, click Publish to activate your Zap.
