Quick summary
This demo shows how to prioritize tickets in Jira by selecting a ticket and updating its priority level from the ticket detail menu. In just a few clicks, teams can set priority to Highest, High, Medium, Low, or Lowest to keep their backlog organized.
Steps
- In your Jira space, find and select the ticket you want to prioritize.
- Click the menu next to the Priority option to open the priority dropdown.
- Select 'Highest' from the list of priority options.
- The selected ticket in your Jira space will now be prioritized with the chosen level.
