How to Ping Someone on Teams?

To get someone's attention in a channel conversation or a chat, here’s how you can -

1. Post something in the any channel, the channel name will appear in bold for every team member.
2. You can use @general to notify everyone in the general channel.
3. You also have the option to notify everyone on that team by using @channel name, or @teamchannel to notify everyone in that channel.
4. You can also notify a person in that particular channel to mark it as important for him or her in the message field.
