‍

  1. Inside Constant Contact's email editor, select the text block and place the cursor where you wish to insert the greeting tag.
  2. Following that, head over to the floating menu bar and tap 'Insert'.
  3. Choose 'Greeting Tag' from the list of options.
  4. Insert your preferred email salutation into the provided input field.
  5. Subsequently, tap the drop-down menu and pick your preferred personalized tag. Choose First Name, First & Last Name, or Last Name.
  6. Once done, click 'Insert' to apply the changes.
  7. After completing these steps, your Constant Contact email will be personalized with the help of the newly added greeting tag.
