Quick summary
Pausing a ClickFunnels account lets you temporarily suspend your subscription without fully canceling, preserving your funnels and data. You can initiate a pause through the Account Billing section in just a few clicks.
Steps
- Hover over the Company tab in the navigation and click Account Settings.
- Click Account Billing to proceed to your billing management page.
- Navigate to the Cancel Account tab within the billing section.
- Under Step 1, click Cancel My Subscription to begin the cancellation or pause flow.
- Select the specific reason for pausing your account, then click the Continue button next to it.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Pause My Account to confirm and activate the pause.
