Quick summary
The Mute Everyone feature in GoTo Meeting lets hosts instantly silence all participants to eliminate background noise and maintain meeting control. Hosts can access this option through the People menu in just a few clicks during a live session.
Steps
- In the GoTo Meeting dashboard, locate your scheduled meeting and click the Start button.
- Configure your meeting settings as needed, then click OK, I'm Ready to launch the session.
- In the top menu bar, click People to open participant options.
- Click the More option within the People panel to expand additional controls.
- Select Mute Everybody from the list of available options.
- Set the unmute permission for participants as desired, then click Mute All to confirm.
- All participants in your GoTo Meeting session are now muted for the duration of the call.
