This guide shows how to integrate GoTo Meeting with Salesforce using Zapier by building a Zap that triggers on GoTo Meeting events and executes actions in Salesforce. Once published, the automation keeps your meeting and CRM data in sync without any manual effort.
Steps
- Go to the left-side panel, then click Create.
- Choose Zaps from the list of options.
- Click the Trigger tab to start the integration process.
- Search for GoTo Meeting and select it from the suggested results.
- Specify your preferred Trigger Event using the event dropdown.
- Click Sign In and log into your active GoTo Meeting account.
- Click Allow to agree to the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
- Click Test Trigger to run and validate your input.
- Select the record you wish to use, then click Continue With Selected Record.
- Search for Salesforce and select it as the Action app.
- Open the drop-down menu and choose the specific Action Event you intend to execute.
- Click Sign In and log into your Salesforce account.
- Read the terms and click Allow to grant access.
- Fill out the input fields one by one with the required files and information.
- Click Continue to proceed to the next step.
- Click Publish to enable the live integration between GoTo Meeting and Salesforce.
