How To Merge Deals In Pipedrive

Merging deals in Pipedrive lets you consolidate duplicate records into a single deal without losing important data. This step-by-step walkthrough shows exactly how to use the Merge feature to keep your pipeline clean and accurate.


Steps

  1. Open the Deals tab from the left sidebar menu.
  2. Locate the deal you wish to merge — typically a duplicate entry in your pipeline.
  3. Click on the deal to open its detailed view.
  4. Click the three-dot icon at the top right to access more options.
  5. Select Merge from the dropdown menu.
  6. Use the search bar to find the deal you want to merge with the current one.
  7. Click the appropriate search result to select it as the merge target.
  8. Review the differences and choose which data to keep in cases of conflicting field values.
  9. Click Preview to review the merged deal before confirming.
  10. Verify the merged preview and click Merge to confirm and complete the merge.
  11. Your deals are now successfully merged into one record.
