How to Manage the Wordpress Media Library

Here’s how to do it:

1. Click on 'Media' in the sidebar to open your library and see everything you've uploaded.
2. Here's your full media collection. You can switch between grid and list view depending on your preference.
3. Use the search bar to quickly find specific images or files by date, type, or keyword.
4. Click 'Add Media File' to upload fresh images, videos, or documents directly into your library.
5. Use the 'Bulk Select' button to delete multiple files simultaneously or attach unattached files to specific posts.
6. Select any media item to edit its details, add alt text, captions, or update the file name for better SEO.
7. If you need to delete, select multiple files using checkboxes and choose your action from the toolbar. Then, click 'Delete permanently'.
8. You can also drag and drop files directly into the library for faster uploads by clicking 'Import Media'.
