Quick summary
In GoTo Meeting, you can make someone a presenter mid-session in just a few clicks by navigating to the People panel and selecting the Make Presenter option next to any participant's name.
Steps
- Inside the GoTo Meeting main dashboard, find the meeting you want to start and click the corresponding Start button.
- Configure the necessary meeting settings and click OK, I'm Ready to proceed into the session.
- In the top menu bar, click People to open the participants panel.
- Find the participant you want to promote and click the More Options button next to their name.
- Select Make Presenter from the dropdown list of options.
- Click Yes to confirm and apply the change, making the selected participant the active presenter in your GoTo Meeting session.
