Quick summary
Setting a Miro board to view-only lets you share your visual workspace publicly while preventing unwanted edits. Use the Share settings to grant Viewer access so anyone with the link can see your board without editing privileges.
Steps
- Open your Miro board from the dashboard.
- Click the Share button to access sharing settings and manage who can view and edit your board.
- Review the current access permissions, which are set to restricted by default.
- Click the drop-down arrow next to the permission level to open collaboration options.
- Select Viewer access to allow others to see your board without any editing privileges.
- Confirm that your board is now public — anyone with the URL link can view your visual workspace.
