This demo shows you how to enable auto-advance in Google Slides so your presentation plays through each slide automatically. Using the built-in Auto-play feature, you can set a custom slide duration without any manual clicking during your slideshow.
Steps
- Click Slideshow in the Google Slides menu to start your presentation.
- Hover your mouse pointer to the bottom left corner of the screen until the playback toolbar appears.
- Click the 3 dots icon in the toolbar to open more options.
- Select Auto-play from the options menu.
- Choose the slide duration — the amount of time each slide displays before advancing to the next.
- Click Play to start the auto-advancing slideshow.
