Steps
- Right-click the text you want to modify and select Format Text Effects.
- Ensure you are under the Text Options tab.
- Click on the Text Fill & Outline icon.
- Click the Text Fill section to expand the menu options.
- Locate the Transparency slider near the bottom of that section.
- Drag the slider to the right to increase transparency.
