Steps

1. Click the + Add a page option in your sidebar menu to create a new page that will become your template.

4. Navigate to the Share button in the top right menu to begin sharing your Notion page as a template.
5. Go to the Publish tab next to the Share option to access publishing settings.
6. Click Publish to make a public version of your template available to others.
7. Copy the newly generated shareable link and send it to anyone you want to share the template with.
