Steps
- In your Jira space, find and open the ticket you want to edit.
- Click the Actions button in the top-right corner of the window.
- Choose Configure from the list of options.
- Find the field you want to edit and tap the drop-down arrow next to it.
- Tick the checkbox beside the Required option.
- Click Save Changes to apply the setting.
- The selected Jira field will now be marked as required.
